Led design for Scotiabank’s Help Journey across Help Center, Chat, Chatbot, Appointments and Contact Us. Developed Scotiabank Help Center from conception to launch to growth. Created American Sign Language (ASL) video library out of a research insight and into a launched product. Led COVID-19 response efforts that helped get relevant relief info to millions of customers.
